The description of a route into sections must be done from the ground to the anchor. To be as accurate as possible, you must not forget any movement. For example, if the route you want to describe starts with a pumpy 7c route section to a big jug with good foot holds followed by a 7A boulder section, the description will be: 7c G 7A. You can add as many sections as you need. All the climbing sections must be separated by rests, from good to non-existent. All the possibilities are described below.
Boulder section (between 5 and 10 moves):
Letter in UPPERCASES: ..., 7A, 7A+, 7B, ...
Mentions: hard 6C.h or soft 5B+.s
Slashes: ..., 7A/7A+, 7A+/7B, ...
G (Good), M (Medium), B (Bad), N (None)
Route section (more than 15 moves):
Letter in lowercases: ..., 8a, 8a+, 8b,...
Mentions: hard 7c.h or soft 6b+.s
Slashes: ..., 8a/8a+, 8a+/8b, ...
